I'm going to be good to myself 2011
- Primarily fruits and veggies
- Avoid gluten, grains, and nuts
- Water only, with the exception of coffee and tea
- No eating by my lonesome unless I really need to
- Listen to my body, only eat when I’m hungry
- Stay hydrated
- No eating past 6 p.m.
- No chemicals (i.e. artificial sweeteners)
- NO SMOKING
- Just in general, be good to myself
